To keep up with this growth we are looking for a Sales Support Italy.

 

Your Job
As a Sales Support Employee, you’re the proud ambassador of our young and dynamic company. You embody VONROC’s dedication to great customer service, making every interaction count.
You’ll be the positive problem solver, the peacemaker, and the source of valuable product knowledge. Whether it’s resolving an issue, providing information, or assisting with an order, you’re there to make every experience seamless and ensure the customer feels heard and appreciated.


 
What Will You Do?
•    Respond promptly and in a friendly manner to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media.
•    Investigate and resolve reported issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
•    Reviews are significant and you proactively engage on Italian platforms and websites.
•    Collaborate closely with country managers to address common questions and issues, identifying areas for improvement.

 

What Do You Possess?
•    An interest in E-commerce and online sales.
•    A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow, with previous work experience being a plus.
•    Accuracy, team collaboration skills, decisiveness, and persuasiveness when addressing customer inquiries.
•    A problem-solving attitude infused with positivity.
•    Excellent command of Italian, spoken and written. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is also essential.
•    Availability for 32-40 hours per week.
